Program orientation covering British political system and international relations landscape. Walking tour of Westminster, Parliament, and Downing Street. Introduction to diplomatic protocols and international law foundations.


Days 4-9: Core IR Curriculum

Intensive courses in International Law, Global Governance, Conflict Resolution, and Foreign Policy Analysis. Classes at our partner institution with guest lectures from former diplomats and policy experts. Case studies on Brexit, NATO, and Commonwealth relations.


Day 10: Visit to Foreign & Commonwealth Office

Exclusive visit to the FCDO (Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office). Briefing sessions with diplomats on current international affairs. Discussion on UK's role in global diplomacy and multilateral institutions.

Guided tour of the Houses of Parliament including the House of Commons and House of Lords. Attend a parliamentary session and meet with MPs. Discussion on the role of democracy in international relations.


Days 12-16: Specialized Modules & Think Tanks

Advanced courses in European Integration, Security Studies, and Development Policy. Visits to Chatham House, Royal Institute of International Affairs, and other leading think tanks. Workshops on diplomatic writing and negotiation.


Day 17: Oxford Day Trip

Full-day excursion to Oxford University. Visit to the Bodleian Library and historic colleges. Special session on the history of international relations theory and its evolution.


Days 18-19: Capstone Project

Develop a policy brief on a current international relations issue. Present to a panel of experts including former ambassadors and policy advisors. Receive feedback and refine your diplomatic skills.
